We’ll show them our methodology and contract with them to provide expertise, contractors and deployment of systems. The combination of technologies includes a level two electric car charger. We can advise in the home buyer’s purchase and finance of an electric vehicle(s).

This aspect of our work involves bringing tax equity investors to pay for all costs. The investors will own and operate the systems and charge homeowners for the power produced by the solar system.

The Developer can be the investor, resulting in a long term income stream and a significant internal rate of return (IRR).


We’re adept at finding every tax incentive and other way to economize. Some tax incentives may inure to the home buyer. Most will be earned by our investors, who own and operate the systems.
